Sakhalin II PA-A Molikpaq Tie

In 2004, PDE was invited by ABB Lummus (nowadays CB&I), The Hague, to assist in HVAC works for the Sakhalin II PA-A Molikpaq Tie In project (EPC). The harsh environment with temperatures varying from minus 35 to plus 33 °C, snowstorms and rough seas, demanded for special attention for the HVAC installations and materials used herein.
