Super Absorbent Polymer Project

The SAPCo project is located in a harsh desert environment, Al-Jubail in Saudi Arabia, coping with very high temperatures and sandstorms. PDE was contracted by Fluor for the general support, review and coordination (Q&A) of all the HVAC systems for the Production Building and Warehouse, Control Building and three story high Substation. Our support started at the procurement phase and continued during the construction. The work was awarded by Fluor with a Silver Award.
