Office building “Hoge Vliet”

Office building “De Hoge Vliet” was suffering from high indoor room temperatures during the summer period. Commissioned by the Van Herk Groep, PDE investigated the source of the complaints and discovered mistakes in the original HVAC design. In order to solve the cooling problem a complete new cooling system was installed also re-using and integrating the existing chiller. The installation took place while the offices were fully operational, requiring an extensive and detailed organization of activities.
